Will my insurance cover the entire treatment package?
Coverage depends on the sub-limit defined by your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your HR or insurance coordinator to understand the specific sub-limit applicable to your policy. If the selected package exceeds your sub-limit, you will be required to pay the difference amount directly.
What documents do I need to submit for insurance processing?
To initiate the insurance process, please provide the following:
- Your valid insurance card
- Aadhar card (for identity verification)
My policy is an individual one. Am I eligible for cashless treatment?
Eligibility depends on the duration of your policy:
- If your policy is active for more than 2 years, you may proceed with cashless treatment.
- If your policy is less than 2 years old, cashless may not be available. In such cases, treatment can be availed through direct payment.
What happens if the treatment package exceeds my insurance sub-limit?
If the selected package cost is higher than your approved sub-limit:
- You will be eligible for cashless coverage up to the sub-limit.
- The remaining amount must be paid by you directly at the time of admission or discharge.
I have two insurance cards. Can I use both for cashless treatment?
Cashless approval will be processed based on one insurance policy, subject to its sub-limit. If the first policy does not fully cover the treatment, you may explore reimbursement options with your second insurer after discharge. Disucss with your insurance counsellor for details.
